Have you tried emptying your cache? Always a good start.. .they'll probably ask you to do that...

Hehe, are you using Firefox? If so, go to Tools, then Clear Private Data. Just do that...
If you're using Internet Explorer, there is an option there too, but it's called something else... it shouldn't be hard to find. Look for something that says, "clear temporary internet files" or something similar.. then do that. Clear your cookies too.

Oooh I did it! That was easy peasy. I think Ive worked out the MyPOsts thing too, you have to hit enter after the type...Zzzzz... The stress of it all has secured a second muffin eating session this evening. Thanks for the help! I m seriously slow with computers. I know how to turn it on and off thats about it. Must,try.harder.
